Thomas Capobianco

Tom joined LMCG in 2009 and serves as Partner, Public Fund Marketing. Prior to joining LMCG, Tom worked at Independence Investments, LLC and State Street Global Advisors. Tom graduated with a B.S. from Fitchburg State College. Tom is a founder and former board member of the Connecticut Public Pension Forum, Massachusetts Public Pension Forum and Georgia Association of Public Pension Trustees Affiliate Advisory Committee. Tom is a former member of the Florida Public Pension Trustee Association Advisory Board. He also maintains his Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Patricia A. Chisholm

Patty joined LMCG in 2003 and serves as Director of Client Service, Wealth Management. Prior to joining LMCG, Patty worked for more than 30 years in client service at Scudder, Stevens & Clark. Patty graduated from Suffolk University with a B.S. in Finance.

Alli joined LMCG in 2018 and serves as Director, Marketing and Investor Relations. Prior to joining LMCG, Alli worked at Cambridge Associates and Duet Asset Management. Alli graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Bryant University. Alli maintains her Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Jordan Cram

Jordan joined LMCG in 2017 and serves as Senior Associate, Investor Relations. Prior to her current focus on Investor Relations, Jordan worked on the Marketing and Client Service teams at LMCG. Jordan graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Trinity College and earned her MBA from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Jordan maintains her Series 7 & 63 licenses.

John joined LMCG in 2000 and currently serves as Managing Partner, Trading and Operations. Prior to joining LMCG, John worked at AEW Capital Management. John graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Worcester State College and earned his MBA from Nichols College.

Andreas Eckner, Ph.D.

Andreas joined LMCG in 2015 and serves as Portfolio Manager, Serenitas Investment Team. Prior to joining LMCG, Andreas co-founded Serenitas Capital, which was acquired by LMCG. Previously, he worked at Merrill Lynch, ERSTE Bank, and Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining the financial industry, Andreas was at Stanford University where he completed a Ph.D. in Statistics and served on the admissions committee for the M.S. program in Financial Mathematics. His research on credit risk modeling and credit derivatives pricing has been published in the Journal of Finance and Journal of Computational Finance, and was mentioned in reports by the Bank of International Settlement and the European Central Bank. He is the winner of the “Swiss Finance Institute Outstanding Paper Award” and of a gold medal at the 30th International Chemistry Olympiad.

Jamie joined LMCG in 2023 and serves as Director of Finance. Prior to joining LMCG, Jamie worked at Easterly Asset Management. Jamie is a graduate of Gordon College and earned her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

Monica joined LMCG in 2024 and serves as Director of Client Service. Prior to joining LMCG, Monica worked at CW Advisors and First Republic Private Wealth Management. Monica graduated with a B.S. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Elon University.

Antonio Fernandes, IACCP®

Tony joined LMCG in 2005 and serves as Senior Associate, Compliance. Prior to joining LMCG, Tony worked at Winn Management and served 8 years with the US Army and Massachusetts National Guard. He earned the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation.

Helio Fonseca

Helio joined LMCG in 2013 and serves as Senior Associate, Information Technology. Prior to joining LMCG, Helio worked at Colospace as a Senior Systems Engineer. Helio graduated with a B.S. in Information Technology with a focus in System Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He earned his M.S in Information Technology with a focus in Cybersecurity from the University of Massachusetts as well.

Scott Gillespie, CFA

Scott Gillespie joined LMCG in 2023 and serves as Portfolio Manager for LMCG’s Wealth Management team. Scott brings over a decade of experience in the wealth management space, most recently as a Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor at Artemis Financial Advisors. Scott will be working alongside Jake Layton and Nan-Marie Jaeger building and implementing customized investment portfolios and solutions for LMCG’s private clients. Scott graduated from Wake Forest University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Matt joined LMCG in 2008 and serves as Partner, Portfolio Manager for LMCG’s Fixed Income investment team. Prior to joining LMCG, Matt worked at RBS Citizens Financial Group, White Mountain Advisors LLC, and David L. Babson & Company. Matt graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Investments from Babson College and earned his MBA from Babson as well. Matt is a CFA Charterholder.

Guillaume Horel, Ph.D.

Guillaume joined LMCG in 2015 and serves as Portfolio Manager, Serenitas Investment Team. Prior to joining LMCG, Guillaume co-founded Serenitas Capital, which was acquired by LMCG. Previously, he worked at Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. Guillaume graduated with a degree in Economics from Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris. He holds a M.S. in Financial Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Statistics, both from Stanford University.

Nan-Marie Jaeger, CFA

Nan-Marie joined LMCG in 2003 and serves as Portfolio Manager, Wealth Management. Nan is a partner of the firm and has over 30 years of investment experience. Prior to joining LMCG, Nan worked at Brown Brothers Harriman and A.G. Becker & Co. Nan earned her MBA from Boston College, and a B.A. from St. Joseph’s College. Nan is a member of the CFA Society and a CFA Charter holder.

Melanie joined LMCG in 2017 and serves as Partner, Wealth Management. Prior to joining LMCG, Melanie started her career at Fidelity Investments. Melanie graduated with a B.A. from Bryant University and is a Certified Financial Planner.

Ajit Kumar, CFA

Ajit joined LMCG in 2015 and serves as Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining LMCG, Ajit co-founded Serenitas Capital, which was acquired by LMCG. Previously, he worked as a proprietary trader at Merrill Lynch, and before that, as an investment strategist at Morgan Stanley. Ajit earned his MBA in Finance from McGill University and his M.S. in Financial Mathematics from Stanford University. Ajit is a CFA Charterholder and member of New York Society of Security Analysts.

John R. “Jake” Layton, CFA

Jake joined LMCG in 2003 and serves as Portfolio Manager, Wealth Management. In addition, Jake is a member of LMCG’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining LMCG, Jake was a Managing Director at Scudder, Stevens & Clark and a Vice President and Trust Officer at Fiduciary Trust Company. He graduated with an A.B. in English from Kenyon College and a M.A. in Education from the University of Michigan. Jake is a CFA Charterholder. Jake also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Walker Educational and Therapeutic Programs.

Scott Macdonald, BFA™

Scott joined LMCG in 2010 and serves as Partner, Wealth Management focused on LMCG’s Advisor Offerings. Prior to joining LMCG, Scott worked at FundQuest/BNP Paribas, National City Bank and ABN AMRO Bank. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the asset management/banking industry. Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Bates College and is currently a Division 1 Football Official in the Big Ten (B1G) Conference. Scott maintains his Series 65 license. Scott has also attained his Behavioral Financial Advisor (BFA™) designation, which incorporates psychology around various behavioral biases that may influence a person’s financial behaviors and how to incorporate those into a client’s investment profile.

Chris joined LMCG in 2018 and serves as Managing Partner. Prior to joining LMCG, Chris worked at Frontier Capital Management, Lehman Brothers, and Neuberger Berman. Chris graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and earned his M.S. in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York.

Edmund “Ted” Price

Ted joined LMCG in 2015 and is the firm’s General Counsel. Prior to joining LMCG, Ted worked at Declaration Management & Research, John Hancock/Manulife Financial, and Debevoise & Plimpton. Ted graduated with a B.A. from Colgate University and earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. Ted is a member of the Massachusetts and New York Bars.

Brooke joined LMCG in 2023 and serves as Director of Compliance. Prior to joining LMCG, Brooke worked at Mellon Investments Corporation. Brooke graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University. She earned the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation.

Doug joined LMCG in 2004 and serves as Partner, Information Technology. Prior to joining LMCG, Doug led an implementation consulting team for the leading trade order management system provider in Boston. Doug graduated with a B.S. in Business Information Systems from the University of Colorado.

Christopher Sabo, CFA

Chris joined LMCG in 2016 and serves as Director, Risk Management and Investment Strategy. Prior to joining LMCG, Chris worked at Standish Mellon and JP Morgan. Chris graduated with a B.S. in Finance in Entrepreneurship from Babson College. Chris is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Society Boston. He is also a member of the Investment Committee at Babson College, which is responsible for management of the institution’s endowment.

Joe joined LMCG in 2006 and serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and is also a LMCG Board Member. Prior to joining LMCG, Joe worked at Mellon Private Wealth. Joe graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and earned his MBA from Northeastern University. Joe currently serves on the Board of The Institute of Eastern Mediterranean Studies and has been a long-time member of the Sisters of Notre Dame Investment Committee.

Charlene Ward

Charlene joined LMCG in 2014 and serves as Senior Associate in Operations. Prior to joining LMCG, Charlene worked at State Street Corporation in a variety of roles within Operations responsible for opening, closing and the reconciliation of high net worth client accounts. In this capacity, she also oversaw outsourced operational functions and managed their joint venture relationships. She began her career in Client Services at State Street Wealth Manager Services servicing their private clients. Charlene graduated with B.S. in Finance and received her MBA from Bentley University.
